By creating an account, accessing, or using the CaptchaKings API service ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Characteristics & Permitted Uses

2.1 Service Definition

CaptchaKings provides automated visual data processing, optical character recognition (OCR), and machine learning recognition endpoints. The service is functionally neutral technology.

2.2 Permitted Uses

Our service is strictly provided for legitimate and lawful purposes, including:

• Automated Quality Assurance (QA) software testing and debugging.
• Public web data indexing and competitive market intelligence.
• Accessibility assistance for users with visual/motor impairments.
• Academic research and computing analysis.

3. User Accounts & Prohibited Activities

3.1 Registration & Security

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and all activity under your account.

3.2 Prohibited Use (Zero Tolerance)

You are strictly prohibited from using the Service for:

• Unauthorized computer system access (Illegal Access / Cracking / Hacking).
• Targeting government portals, financial banking systems, or critical infrastructure.
• Credential stuffing, brute-force attacks, account takeover, or personal data theft.
• Distributing spam, phishing campaigns, or fraudulent transaction manipulation.

4. Payments, Credits & Refunds

The service operates on a prepaid Pay-As-You-Go credit basis. Credits are deducted per successful API processing. Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. CaptchaKings acts as a neutral technical processing provider and does not control specific user payloads. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service usage.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CaptchaKings, its developers, and affiliates against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the API.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice or compensation if anomalous attack traffic, prohibited targeting, or Terms violations are detected.
