Guaranteed Monthly Uptime
This CaptchaKings Service Level Agreement ("SLA") is a policy governing the use of the CaptchaKings API Service. This SLA applies separately to each account using our services.
CaptchaKings commits to use commercially reasonable efforts to make the CaptchaKings API available with a Monthly Uptime Percentage of at least 99.9% during any monthly billing cycle (the "Service Commitment"). In the event CaptchaKings does not meet the Service Commitment, you will be eligible to receive a Service Credit as described below.
Service Credits are calculated as a percentage of the total charges paid by you for the Service for the monthly billing cycle in which the Service Commitment was not met, in accordance with the schedule below:

| Less than 99.9% but greater than or equal to 99.0% | 10% of monthly fee/credits |
| Less than 99.0% | 30% of monthly fee/credits |
Note: Service Credits have no cash value and are only applicable as added credits to your account balance for future use.
To receive a Service Credit, you must submit a claim by opening a support ticket at support@captchakings.com. To be eligible, the credit request must be received by us by the end of the second billing cycle after which the incident occurred and must include:
