You can start using the API by topping up as little as $1.00 USD. Your purchased credits do not have an expiration date (they remain active lifetime). However, promotional/trial credits may carry a 30-day expiration window.
In accordance with our Refund Policy, refunds are issued strictly as store credits credited back to your API account. We do not provide cash or bank transfer refunds once a top-up has been successfully processed.
Our API validates solutions. If a solve request fails due to API timeout, system error, or network disconnects, your account balance is not deducted.
